To be eligible for a return, the journal must be in unused condition with no writing or marks on the pages. The product must be returned in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
